How it goes
From the first call to the final walkthrough
The same foreman carries your job through all four steps, so you are never explaining your roof to someone new. Most of the calendar sits between the estimate and build day, while material is ordered and the weather opens up. The work itself is usually one day on site.

We come look
About 45 minutes on the roof and in the attic, photographing everything we find. It is free, and the photos are yours whether you hire us or not.

Written and itemized, with materials and labor separated so you can see what you are paying for.

Build Day
Material lands in the morning. Tarps go down before the first shingle comes off, and the crew does not leave until the roof is watertight.

We walk it together
The foreman walks the property with you, runs the magnet over the drive and the lawn again, and hands over the warranty paperwork and the finished photos.
